Refund Policy（退款政策）
All refund requests must include your order number. Processing time takes 3‑7 working days.
Deposit rule: The $50 deposit holds inventory for your selected items. Deposit is refundable only if you have not started item selection and no goods are reserved. Once items are reserved after your selection, the deposit is non‑refundable.
Before shipment: If full payment is received but goods have not been dispatched, you may request a refund. A small processing fee will be deducted, and the rest will be returned.
After shipment: No unconditional refund after parcel is shipped. If you receive damaged, wrong or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt with photo evidence. We will offer exchange or partial compensation instead of full refund after verification.
Returns or refunds caused by personal preference or size expectation difference will not be accepted.
